(1) I laid out the balance of the parts for the vertical Stabilizer, and clecoed them together to get a general fit. Drilled stiffeners for rib # 7, and transfer drilled holes on the front spar. again verifying the 71 deg angle. Looks good. (2) I had primed the front spar and rib #7 before working with the stiffeners
